Three Haiku – poetry by Caroline Reddy

Three Haiku

A drop of dew forms
and an empty nest remains
as the crane takes flight.

The singing bowls ring
announcing Buddha nature
a plum blossom blooms.

A night heron drinks
pure water from a blue shell
sanctity unfolds.
